Fergie hat MAC bei der VIVA GLAM Kampagne unterstützt. Seit April 2009 wird das Geld jedes einzeln verkauften MAC VIVA GLAM Produkts gespendet um Menschen, die mit dem HIV oder AIDS Virus infiziert sind, zu unterstützen. Warum ausgrechnet Fergie ausgewählt wurde erklärt MAC so:

Fergie has been both a girl scout and an out-of-control teenager admitting to a life of drugs, risky behaviour and dealings with gang members. “When you're young,” she says, “your hormones can rage out of control.” Her message to young people is responsible behavior. “Believe me,” she says, “Practice what I preach.”
